Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On February 15, 2011, Lightyear Capital and the management of Clarion Partners, a premier real estate investment management firm owned by ING Group, reached agreement with ING to acquire the U.S.-based real estate firm for approximately $100 million. Lightyear is a leading New York-based private equity firm focused on financial services investing. Cravath represented Lightyear in connection with this transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2011.

Cravath represented Videndum plc in connection with its £125 million 4(a)(2)/Reg. S private placement of ordinary shares by way of a firm placing and placing and open offer. Videndum plc is a leading global provider of premium branded hardware products and software solutions to the content creation accessory industry. The shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on December 8, 2023.
