Lindsay Goldberg’s Sale of PAE to Platinum Equity

On January 19, 2016, Platinum Equity announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PAE from Lindsay Goldberg. Cravath represented Lindsay Goldberg in connection with this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cravath also represented Lindsay Goldberg in its acquisition of PAE from Lockheed Martin Corporation in 2011, and PAE in connection with its follow‑on acquisitions of four businesses between 2011 and 2015.
