Lineage Logistics’s Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented Credit Suisse, as agent and arranger, in connection with a $550 million term loan facility made available to Lineage Logistics, LLC, a leading international warehousing and logistics company. The term loan facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on February 27, 2018.

The Cravath team included partner Michael S. Goldman, senior attorney Sarah F. Rosen and associate Joshua S. Aronoff on banking matters, and partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Damien J. Rose on tax matters.
