On December 11, 2020, Cravath partner Margaret T. Segall spoke during the American Bar Association’s “Cartels and Coordinated Effects: Mergers in Markets with Past Conduct” webinar, which was hosted by the ABA’s Antitrust Law Section. Maggie and her fellow panelists examined the impact of past criminal antirust conduct on merger analysis, the interaction between cartel enforcement and merger enforcement, and how the coordinated conduct of merging parties and other market participants can effect merger reviews.
