Segall participated in a webinar hosted by Brazil‑based consulting firm LCA Consultores entitled the “Efficiency Claims and Analysis in Antitrust.” The webinar examined antitrust concerns related to mergers and the impact efficiency claims have on merger reviews, and discussed how highlighting the pro‑competitive effects of efficiencies could assuage regulator skepticism.
