On March 22, 2011, Cravath partner Marc S. Rosenberg spoke at the “Institutional Investors Forum 2011,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Marc spoke on a panel entitled “Investing in Public Companies: Key Corporate Governance Issues,” which discussed shareholder access issues and influencing management, the role of proxy advisory firms and current regulatory developments.
