Mark Greene Appointed Vice-Chair of ABA Committee

Cravath partner Mark I. Greene was appointed by the American Bar Association Section of International Law as Vice-Chair of the International M&A Joint Venture Committee. Mark will serve a one-year term commencing in August 2008.
