Mark Greene Speaks at IBA’s Russia and CIS M&A Conference

On November 18, 2009, Cravath partner Mark I. Greene spoke at the first “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS” conference, a two-day conference in Moscow, Russia. The conference was co-presented by the International Bar Association’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee and the IBA European Regional Forum together with The Mergers and Acquisitions Journal, a Russian publication. Mark spoke on a panel entitled “Corruption and its Effect on M&A Transactions. Why it is Crucial? – The U.S. and Russian Perspective.”
