Markel Corporation’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriter, Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$100 million registered senior debt offering of Markel Corporation. Markel Corporation markets and underwrites specialty insurance products in the United States and internationally. The transaction closed on May 10, 2016.
