Mattamy Group Corporation’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets, in connection with the US$100 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Mattamy Group Corporation, North America’s largest privately held homebuilder and Canada’s largest homebuilder at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on January 19, 2017.
