Mattamy Group Corporation’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets for the U.S. notes, and led by RBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse and BMO Capital Markets for the Canadian notes, in connection with the US$500 million and C$225 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Mattamy Group Corporation, North America’s largest privately held homebuilder and Canada’s largest homebuilder at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on September 26, 2017.
