Mattamy Group’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets and Citigroup, in connection with the US$150 million high‑yield senior debt offering of Mattamy Group Corporation, one of the leading single family homebuilders in Canada and one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in North America. The transaction closed on March 10, 2014.
The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III and associate Bomi Lee. Scott J. Oudheusden also worked on this matter.
