Matthew Morreale Authors Chapter on Corporate Disclosure Issues Related to Climate Change

Cravath partner Matthew Morreale served as a contributing author of Global Climate Change and the U.S. Law (Second Edition), published in April 2014 by the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Matt authored a chapter entitled “Corporate Disclosure Considerations Related to Climate Change,” which focused on legal issues associated with climate-change disclosure in a variety of contexts, including securities law requirements, the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting rule and “green” marketing campaigns, among other topics.
