On June 11, 2022, Cravath partner Matthew Morreale participated on a panel at the 2022 Reunion Weekend at Columbia Law School, where he is a member of the adjunct faculty, entitled “What Can the Law Do About Climate Change?” Matt’s session examined recent climate‑related regulatory developments and litigation, as well as trends in public reporting, including the SEC’s recently proposed climate disclosure rule.
