Michael Paskin Featured as Litigator of the Week

On April 14, 2016, Cravath partner Michael A. Paskin was featured as “Litigator of the Week” in The Am Law Litigation Daily. Following a favorable ruling for Argentina at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Michael is highlighted for his lead role advising the country in obtaining the vacatur of extraordinary injunctions that had been imposed on Argentina in 2012 and 2015 in litigation brought by holders of its defaulted sovereign debt. The recent decision allows Argentina to return to the global capital markets, bringing the country closer to ending its 15‑year‑old litigation with bondholders.
