Michael Paskin Speaks at PLI Conference

On September 15, 2008, Cravath partner Michael A. Paskin spoke at the “Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2008,” a two-day conference in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. As part of a panel entitled “Corporate Governance Litigation,” Michael discussed recent Delaware and other key state decisions, developments in merger and options litigations and governance ratings.
