Michael Paskin Speaks on Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities

On March 20, 2012, Cravath partner Michael A. Paskin spoke at the 44th Annual Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance & Legal Society Seminar, held in Miami, Florida. Michael spoke on a panel entitled “Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Landscape,” which focused on current developments in residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) disclosure lawsuits and other RMBS litigation and regulatory issues.
