Cravath partner Michael S. Goldman co‑authored an article entitled “Speaking a Common Language: How Different is the LSTA’s New Form of Revolving Credit Facility from the LMA equivalent?,” which was published by LMA News on December 18, 2017. The article highlights some of the differences between the new form of investment grade revolving credit agreement recently published by the U.S.‑based Loan Syndications and Trading Association, and the equivalent U.K.‑based Loan Market Association form, and explores some of the differences in legal regimes, market practices and market dynamics in the U.S. and European syndicated investment grade loan markets.
