Mike Goldman Speaks at LSTA Seminar

On November 10, 2008, Cravath partner Michael S. Goldman participated in a panel discussion about borrower buybacks at a seminar in New York City sponsored by The Loan Syndications and Trading Association, Inc. (LSTA). As the panel’s legal expert, Mike reviewed key legal issues related to structuring a debt repurchase program, including relevant credit agreement provisions, risk of equitable subordination and other potential pitfalls.
