Mike Schler and Eric Hilfers Participate in Tax Institute

On April 22 to 24, 2009, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler was the Co-chair of the “Sixth Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions,” a conference co-sponsored by the New York City Bar and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Mike also spoke on panels entitled “Basic M&A Tax Rules” and “Consolidated Returns.” Cravath partner Eric W. Hilfers spoke on a panel entitled “Executive Compensation.”
