Mike Schler and Lauren Angelilli Speak on Territorial Tax Systems

On January 11, 2012, Cravath partners Michael L. Schler and Lauren Angelilli spoke at a seminar entitled “So You Wanted a Territorial Tax System. But Did You Want THIS?” The program, which was presented by the International Tax Institute and held in New York City, focused on key design issues for a territorial tax system and how these issues are addressed in various types of proposals.
