Mike Schler and Steve Gordon Speak at Tax Conference

On September 30, 2010, Cravath partners Michael L. Schler and Stephen L. Gordon spoke at the 17th annual “Consolidated Tax Return Regulations” course, an American Law Institute-American Bar Association conference and live webcast held in Washington, D.C. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Loss Disallowance Rules” and Steve spoke on a panel entitled and “Acquisition and Separation Issues in Consolidation.”
