Mike Schler Chairs, and Lauren Angelilli Speaks at, Institute on Tax Aspects of M&A

On April 25 and 26, 2013, two Cravath partners participated in the 10th Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions, a conference co‑sponsored by Penn State Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar. Michael L. Schler served as Chair and also spoke on a panel entitled “Consolidated Returns,” which discussed current developments in consolidated returns. Lauren Angelilli spoke on a panel entitled “Negotiating a Corporate Acquisition,” which discussed issues for buyers and sellers in negotiating an M&A agreement.
