Mike Schler Co-Chairs and Speaks at Institute on Tax Aspects of M&A

On April 22 to 23, 2010, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler will Co-Chair the “Seventh Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions: New Approaches for Fiscally Challenging Times,” a conference co-sponsored by the New York City Bar and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Mike will also speak on a panel entitled “Consolidated Returns,” in which loss disallowance regulations and regulations affecting M&A transactions will be discussed.
