Mike Schler Co-Chairs and Speaks at Institute on Tax Aspects of M&A

On April 28 and 29, 2011, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler served as Co-Chair of the “Eighth Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions: New Approaches for the Economic Recovery,” a conference co-sponsored by the New York City Bar and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. In addition to acting as Co-Chair, Mike also spoke on a panel entitled “Consolidated Returns.”
