Mike Schler Co‑Chairs Institute on Tax Aspects of M&A

On April 19 and 20, 2012, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler served as Co-Chair of the 9th Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, a conference co-sponsored by Penn State Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar. In addition to acting as Co-Chair, Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Consolidated Returns,” which discussed regulations affecting M&A transactions.
