Mike Schler Speaks at ABA Meeting

On May 8, 2009, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at the 2009 May Meeting of the ABA Section of Taxation in Washington, D.C. As part of the Teaching Taxation Committee, Mike participated in a panel discussion entitled “‘Gimme Shelter’: A Primer on Complex Tax-Motivated Transactions.”
