Mike Schler Speaks at ALI-ABA Tax Conference

On March 30, 2011, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at “Corporate Taxation,” an American Law Institute-American Bar Association conference and live webcast held in Washington, D.C., co-sponsored by the ABA Section of Taxation. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Divisive Structures,” which discussed recent developments and issues raised in pending legislation, regulations and rulings.
