Mike Schler Speaks at International Taxation Conference

On December 13, 2013, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at the 26th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation, presented by The George Washington University Law School and held in Washington, D.C. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Hard Facts and Confusing Law: Application of the Economic Substance Doctrine,” which focused on recent court decisions involving the economic substance doctrine and their implications for international tax planning.
