Mike Schler Speaks at Meeting of ABA Section of Taxation

On February 18, 2012, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation’s Annual Midyear Meeting, held in San Diego, California. Mike spoke on a corporate tax panel entitled “North-South Transactions, Section 355 and Other Step Transaction Issues,” which discussed various scenarios in which property is contributed to, and distributed from, a corporation.
