On October 30, 2009, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at a Practising Law Institute conference entitled “Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings 2009.” Mike participated in a panel discussion entitled “Consolidated Return Planning and Strategies” in the New York session of this conference.
