Mike Schler Speaks at PLI’s 2017 Consolidated Tax Return Regulations Conference

On February 14, 2017, Cravath Of Counsel Michael L. Schler participated in “Consolidated Tax Return Regulations 2017,” a conference presented by Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Unified Loss Rules,” which discussed the disallowance of realized losses, loss duplication, attribute reduction, traps for unwary buyers and sellers in M&A transactions and liquidation of insolvent subsidiaries.
