Mike Schler Speaks at PLI’s “2017 Tax Act Update” Conference

Cravath Of Counsel Michael L. Schler participated in “2017 Tax Act Update: Riding the Tidal Wave of Regulatory and Administrative Guidance,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York on March 19, 2019. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Application of the 2017 Tax Act Provisions to Consolidated Groups,” which discussed business interest expense limitations, expensing provisions and international provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
