On October 21-22, 2010, Cravath partner Michael L. Schler spoke at “Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings 2010,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Mike moderated a panel entitled “Picnic Lunch: Hot Topics from the Perspective of the Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate),” and spoke on a panel entitled “Consolidated Return Planning and Strategies.”
