On November 5, 2015, Cravath Of Counsel Michael L. Schler spoke at the 26th Annual Philadelphia Tax Conference, presented by the American Bar Association and held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Tax Opinions 3.0?: Ethical Considerations and Best Practices Under the New Circular 230 Rules,” which discussed the key changes among the new rules regarding written tax advice.
