Mike Schler Speaks on 2016 Consolidated Tax Return Regulations

On February 23, 2016, Cravath Of Counsel Michael L. Schler participated in “Consolidated Tax Return Regulations 2016,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Mike spoke on a panel entitled “Unified Loss Rules,” which discussed the disallowance of realized losses, loss duplication and pitfalls for unwary buyers and sellers in M&A transactions.
