Minh Van Ngo Speaks at M&A Conference

On September 8, 2011, Cravath partner Minh Van Ngo spoke at “Mergers and Acquisitions 2011: What You Need to Know Now,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Minh spoke on a panel entitled “Novel Issues in Deal Jumps,” which discussed new tactics for the current environment and the impact of “match rights” and other forms of deal protection.
