Montpelier Re’s Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. in connection with its US$150 million registered offering of non-cumulative preferred shares. Through its subsidiaries, Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. provides customized and innovative reinsurance and insurance solutions to the global market. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 10, 2011.
