MPLX LP’s $2 Billion Registered Senior Floating Rate Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, Barclays, RBC Capital Markets, BNP PARIBAS, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Scotiabank, in connection with the $2 billion registered senior floating rate notes offering of MPLX LP, a master limited partnership formed by Marathon Petroleum Corporation. MPLX LP owns, operates, develops and acquires midstream energy infrastructure assets. The transaction closed on September 9, 2019.
