Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, in connection with the $550 million registered high‑yield debt offering of Murphy Oil Corporation, a worldwide oil and gas exploration and production company. The transaction closed on August 18, 2017.
