Murphy Oil USA’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and Stephens Inc., in connection with the US$300 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of Murphy Oil USA, Inc., an operator of fuel retail stores and gas stations in the United States. The transaction closed on April 25, 2017.
