Murphy Oil USA’s Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented the agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $100 million term loan facility made available to Murphy Oil USA, Inc., a global oil and gas organization. The transaction closed on February 5, 2016.

The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and senior attorney Patrick J. Moriarty on banking matters and associate Dmitry Zelik on tax matters. Spencer C. Joffrion also worked on banking matters and Peretz Riesenberg also worked on executive compensation and benefits matters.
