Cravath Publishes Winter 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented Mylan N.V., the borrower, and Mylan Inc., a guarantor, in connection with the arrangement of a $10.05 billion bridge facility, made available by Deutsche Bank AG, consisting of Tranche A Loans to be used to finance the acquisition of Meda and Tranche B Loans to refinance existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on February 10, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz and associates Raffael M. Fiumara, David J. Benhamou and Noah X. DeBlasi.
