Naspers Limited’s $2.5 Billion Equity Offering

Cravath represented Naspers Limited in connection with its US$2.5 billion offering of class N ordinary shares. Naspers Limited is a leading group of international media and internet platforms and is the leading multinational video entertainment provider in Africa as well as a leading global internet and e‑commerce group in multiple markets. The shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on December 11, 2015.
