Naspers, Schibsted, Telenor and SPH Joint Ventures

On November 13, 2014, Naspers Limited, Schibsted Media Group, Telenor Group and Singapore Press Holdings (“SPH”) announced an agreement to establish joint ventures for the development of their online classifieds platforms in four key markets – Brazil, Indonesia, Thailand and Bangladesh. Cravath represented Naspers in connection with this transaction.
