Cravath also represented New Fortress Energy, Inc. in connection with its concurrent $250 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering. New Fortress Energy Inc. is a global integrated gas‑to‑power infrastructure company. The transactions closed on December 18, 2020 and December 17, 2020, respectively.
