New York Law Journal Features Cravath as the 2018 Litigation Department of the Year for Finance

On October 3, 2018, the New York Law Journal published a feature Q&A in connection with Cravath’s being named the NYLJ’s 2018 Litigation Department of the Year for Finance. The Firm will be honored at the New York Legal Awards on October 10, 2018, in New York City.

The profile highlights several of Cravath’s litigation successes from the past year, including for American Express in securing a victory before the United States Supreme Court that defines how antitrust law will be applied to two‑sided markets and Credit Suisse in both eliminating billions of dollars in RMBS claims against the company and achieving a landmark decision regarding the statute of limitations under the Martin Act.
