    On October 26, 2019, Endemol Shine Group (“Endemol”) and Banijay Group (“Banijay”) announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for Banijay to acquire 100% of the equity of Endemol, which is co‑owned by The Walt Disney Company and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. The combined catalogue encompasses close to 100,000 hours of TV shows and series. Cravath is representing The Walt Disney Company in connection with the transaction.
