Nick Dorsey Serves as Co‑Editor of the 2021 Chambers Acquisition Finance Guide

Cravath partner Nicholas A. Dorsey served as the co‑editor of the 2021 edition of the Chambers Acquisition Finance Guide, which is part of the publisher’s Global Practice Guide series. Nick also co‑authored, along with European Counsel Margaret R. M. Rallings, the U.S. chapter of the guide. The chapter provides an overview of the acquisition finance market in the United States, reviewing typical finance structures, detailing the types of loans, bonds and intercreditor agreements that are often involved, and examining topics including takeover finance considerations, tax issues and company responses to the COVID‑19 pandemic.
