Noah Phillips Featured on SIIA’s “Tech&” Discussing FTC Antitrust Rulemaking

On July 12, 2023, Cravath partner and former Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission Noah Joshua Phillips was featured on the Software & Information Industry Association’s “Tech&” series, which brings together thought leaders, innovators and the shapers of technology and information policies to discuss relevant issues in the area. In conversation with Morten Skroejer, senior director for technology competition policy at SIAA, Noah discussed the FTC’s authority to fashion “unfair methods of competition” rules and its potential impact on business and consumers, and advised companies to be proactive and mindful of their conduct even in the absence of specific rules.
